Things are rough right now. It makes sense that many of us are struggling to keep going, overextending ourselves till we’re burntout, and feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t moving us towards the lives we want to live. I experience these challenges too and I know how important it is to have support along the way.
I offer in-person Covid-cautious therapy services to queer and trans individuals, couples, and polycules .
How I Pratice
Relational & Authentic
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to be in an authentic and collaborative connection with you in support of your therapeutic goals. Just as so much of our wounding happens in relationship, our healing happens in relationship. I use what I notice playing out in our relationship to guide our work together.
Social Justice & Systems Theory
You’re more than an individual. We’re deeply shaped by the systems we’re navigating in the present as well as the histories that have brought us to this moment. I practice locating both you and myself in the systems that have shaped us. I know both that healing is possible exactly where we are and also that our healing requires systemic change.
Somatics/Body-Based Psychotherapy
Talking about our problems only gets us so far. I believe that connecting to our bodies can offer us opportunities for transformation that talk therapy alone cannot. Healing needs to be felt in our tissues. And transformation often requires us to notice our embodied habits and choose to practice something new.

Professional Counselor Associate
In the outdoors, you may find me cawing at crows, singing to rivers, and staring up at as the wind brushes up against tree leaves. On a rainy day, you may find me indoors learning a new juggling trick, playing piano, and reading or writing fiction (feel free to ask me for or give me recs.)
I’m a queer, trans woman and a white antizionist Ashkenazi Jew. I strive to position myself within political lineages of resistance and resilience. I’m educated in an eclectic array of somatic methods, woven from modern and ancient practices, including those of East and South Asian, Indigenous, and Jewish lineages.
I’m a Professional Counselor Associate, Oregon #R10241 working towards Oregon licensure. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Somatic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I’ve taken the Relational Somatic Healing training “Beyond Attachment.” My own personal healing has been heavily influenced by the politicized work of Generative Somatics through my teachers Wes Somerson and Dona Hirschfield-White as well as the modalities of Organic Intelligence and Somatic Experiencing. These are not modalities that I have specific training in, but modalities that have significantly shaped my relationship to myself and the work that I do.

-
I work with queer and trans individuals of all ages, couples, and non-monogamous relationships.
-
At the current moment, I do not accept insurance. As an Associate in private practice, my options for taking insurance are unfortunately limited. I can provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider - however, I cannot guarantee that your insurance will offer out-of-network reimbursement and am unable to offer refunds in the case that they do not.
-
My full rate is $150 per session.
-
At the current moment, I prioritize seeing clients in-person at a location in inner NE Portland. If you’re interested in working with me and are unable to consistently meet in-person due to disability access needs, please let me know and we can discuss other options.
-
In alignment with disability justice, I continue to take the Covid-19 pandemic seriously. I wear a KN95 mask and run an air filter during our sessions. I do not require my clients to mask. At this time, I prioritize meeting in-person over telehealth session. Note that the shared waiting room does not require masking.
Feel free to let me know in our consult if you have other needs that you’d like to discuss.
